I am a very energetic semi retired professional person ready to help local dog owners with excellent dog care services. I have been a dog owner for more than 40 years, having raised 5 dogs from puppies. I have lost 3 dogs to old age but have always gotten over the loss to find another best buddy. I have owned terrier mixes, labs, a German Shepard and a wonderful pit bull mix. Take a look at the pics that follow to see some of the best friends who have enhanced my life. I have fostered dogs and also worked as volunteer for a large dog rescue group , (Saving Grace) in N. Raleigh. I have had long term experience training and caring for a wide variety of pedigree and mixed breed dogs. I have had about 50 hours of training from Teamworks in Raleigh, (a great place) moving my latest rescue dog Duffy through basic obedience, distraction training, introductory and intermediate agility training as well as earning and AKC Good Citizenship Certificate. I am not a certified dog trainer but do have the experience and skills to help you with the basics. My schedule is flexible, I have a reliable car, and have first class communication skills. I am brand new to Rover but can assure you that I will do a great job for you.
