Volunteered at a local K9 rescue as a dog walker; aware of dog allergies and have taken care of nervous/anxious dogs. Am willing to drive your dogs to local trails for walks if preferred. I am an avid camper/outdoorsman who loves to hike and go on long walks so am not afraid to take on longer routes especially for larger sized dogs. I love to play with dogs and have had experience dog sitting for friends and family; am willing to go out of my way to make your woofer a happy dog! I'm self employed, so my schedule can regularly accomodate dog walks or dog sitting - I'll always work with you to make sure your pup is taken care of! Having grown up with dogs my whole life, establishing trust is very important. Reinforcing good behaviour with treats, calling them by name and actively using the owners training techniques while looking after their dog is all important to me! As a precaution, I don't walk with other dogs or meet with other dogs while walking in the neighborhood to avoid any sort of altercations.
