Animal Lover of all shapes and sizes. I’ve had experience with animals my entire life, and formally studied Veterinary Technology for 1 year and Animal Care for 1 year at Becker College in Leicester, Ma. before moving and having to switch majors. I currently own two female guinea pigs: Panda & Peanut, and my 1st pet at age 5 was a hamster. I have previously owned 2 cats, 2 ferrets, 12 Guinea Pigs, 4 Hamsters, numerous fish, and a Turtle. Even though my favorite animal is a dog, I’ve never had my own because my father wouldn’t allow it and living arrangements after college would not either. Several of my relatives have owned numerous dogs which I have been around since I was young, and when I was little I would specifically asked to go over just so I could take the dog for a walk. I’m finally in a living situation where I have my own place which allows dogs, and while I cannot afford another pet right now, i’m sure this will be the next best thing!
