Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Rita, and I am an active, fun-loving person - I have a french bulldog who I adore. I love being outside, and I am happy to walk your dog so they can enjoy nature, find new sniffs and smells, and have a healthy routine. I have been a dog owner for 10 years, and I have helped friends and family over the years with their pets. I am very reliable and responsible, and I will take great care of your cats and dogs! We can keep it simple with a walk, we can jog, go to the park, or stay in the neighborhood, play fetch, sunbathe, whatever your dog loves the most. I am also a volunteer for Stray Rescue St. Louis, and have lots of experience walking and playing with the shelter dogs.

Rita was wonderful. She sent me updates and pictures every day. Agatha, my dog, loved her. Agatha clearly felt safe and happy and secure with Rita. I will definitely book her again when I need a dog sitter.
Rita was awesome! She did a great job of taking care of our older, anxious dog. We knew he was in good hands! She was really responsive and great with sending pictures and updates. She took great care of our home while we were away. I would definitely recommend Rita!

Rita is very professional, friendly, and detailed oriented. She loves our dogs and takes great care of them. She always shows up on time, follows all special instructions, and has really developed a genuine bond & loving relationship with our pets. I walk my own dog several times per day depending on the weather. He gets plenty of food, water and snacks each day. Complete with lots of belly rubs, naps, play time, and grooming. I will take care of your fur babies the same way I take care of mine! I am happy to send photos and updates, as I would want the same 😊

I would like to know if your dog has any special needs - such as injuries, breathing issues, allergies, and if they have any sensitivities to temperature (for example - french bulldogs are very sensitive to heat, and have breathing issues). I am a very detail oriented person, and I like to be prepared and organized, so give me as much information as you have, no detail is too small!
A typical day
We can walk in the neighborhood, or a park nearby - some of my favorites to take my dog to are Tilles Park and Tower Grove Park. We can jog, play fetch, or play with your dog's toys, I am happy to accommodate their needs and personality!

I work from home pretty much full time, and I can be flexible to meet your needs. I can also be available on the weekends, just let me know what you have in mind and we can make arrangements!
