Pet care experience
Since I was a child, and I saw my first large white fluffy cat in my relatives yard, I've been enchanted with cats and shortly dogs followed. I love them all. I am a natural born nurturer, and it comes very easily for me to provide for them as best I can! For the past decade the bulk of my experience has been with senior pets and pets with canine cognitive disability. I love taking care of your kitties too! I love the droppings and they are welcome to come stay with me I have a dedicated cat room and of course they may roam the house.

I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating Rover was and especially Rita T. I am pleased at the frequent updates of her (Daisy's) days were going. Will definitely ask for her again if/when the need arise. Although I've yet to pick up my fur baby I certainly don't expect any problems.
Rita was phenomenal! She set my mind at ease while on vacation, knowing my baby was taken care of. Rita shared photos and spend genuine time, as well as sending updates. 5 stars all around, will request help in the future. Thanks Rita!!
Rita did a great job with our two boys. Dino needs extra help as a senior with stairs and couches. This was easily accommodated. Elroy is a bit of a food explorer in trash cans or otherwise possibly accessible he had no issues reported getting anything he wasn’t supposed to. Both dogs were obviously happy and content in their setting. Rita was excellent at communicating daily and sending pictures and videos.
Rita is absolutely amazing. She really cares about my pets and makes sure they're not only fed and watered but happy as well. Can't say enough great things.

Taking care of the pets has always been my top priority before myself. Before I eat before I even have a cup of coffee in the morning, I am getting meals ready for my three kitties and my own dog. They always eat before I do and I'm fine with that. I try to anticipate when they need walks, everybody gets fresh air and sunshine and has full house privileges. And they may sleep with me if they choose to.

A typical day
I generally try to take cues from the dog visiting me to determine what activity would suit them best. We can walk in my neighborhood which is lovely and quiet, and I am in very close distance to Brandywine Park. And also visit a nearby dog park though I would keep them on a leash, not let them run free. I believe in tailoring the activities to the dogs physical capabilities.

I am retired and I have time to spare and no other distractions except taking care of the pets. This is my own choosing, this is how I want to spend my time.
