Rita is the ideal pet owner and loves and cares for her dog just as a dog should be treated. She has a history of adopting recuse dogs and her love and passion for her pet shows in the response from her dog when Rita is in the dogs presence. Rita has also been a close friend and the go to person when I needed help with my own dog. Whether it was walk, play or feeding my dog while I was away, my dog was eXcited to see her and replied to her attention as if she was the owner.
