Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and I've always had a dog....I can't imagine life without them. We had a poodle named Fluffy and a rat terrier named Murphy growing up. At my house I have an extremely easy going gentle giant 86 lb Labradoodle mix named Chewie who gets along with other dogs and we like to go to Westcrest park. I previously dog sat when living in Wallingford in a duplex with a small yard without a fence. We have upgraded and have a HUGE fully fenced yard for your pup to play with my dog Chewie. I do accept large dogs on case by case basis. I work from home most of the week and I will treat your fur baby like he or she is my own!

Risa is amazing! Risa has watched our dogs on 2 different occasions- for a weekend as well as a full week. She is very easy to communicate with before the booking and is great with our dogs and is very caring. We would gladly book with Risa any time.
Risa cared for our dogs while we were away for the weekend. Everything was effortless- Risa was prompt w/ communication during the booking and stay, and also provided great photos and updates throughout the weekend. Please let me know if your dog as special needs, food allergies, and any fears of other dogs, kids, chasing squirrels/birds,etc. My guy is getting older at 8 years now, please let me know if your dog can be hyperactive or aggressive towards other dogs
A typical day
We take care of them like we do our own with lots of pets, treats, walks, and park outing if this is usual for your dog. However, our yard is huge and they have plenty of room to fetch a ball and run around

I work part time from home. Typically we go for walks 2-3 times daily and have time to play in the yard. At night we usually cuddle on the couch and watch a movie/play tug.
