Rimsha was AMAZING!! Friends who have used Rover in the past recommended this platform when we needed in-home care for our dog for 10 days while we were out-of-town. She responded to me quickly when I posted on the site, and she and her husband made several trips to our home before we left so they could meet our dog and get familiar with him and his routine. They really went to the extra effort which was so wonderful in boosting our confidence that he would be well cared for. Our dog is a rescue and has anxiety issues and weighs 90# so can be a handful (which is why it is best he stay in our home if at all possible as opposed to a kennel setting) which they were extremely sensitive to and really went above and beyond our expectations to get to know him and work with him and his quirkiness. Her calm and caring demeanor was apparent immediately on the first meeting. She asked a lot of questions about his likes/dislikes and showed a high level of knowledge about dogs and animals in general. Aside from all of the daily routine care needed, they even took him for several walks each day which we know he loved and helped with his energy/anxiety levels! They really made us feel so comfortable about leaving that it made our so much better knowing he was well taken care of! She sent pictures and updates daily (we could tell how happy he was by the looks on his face <3). It is very evident Rimsha is passionate about animals and her loving, patient and kind approach were exactly what Duke needed! We gave them a detailed schedule which was followed to the T - and our home was exactly as we left it when we returned - she even picked up the dog poop and took our garbage can in and out while we were gone! We have somewhat complicated needs when it comes to Duke's care so we were concerned about inviting someone into our home to care for him and for so long. Rimsha not only met but far exceeded any of our expectations. We highly recommend her to care for any of your furbabies too!!

Rimsha did a great job taking care of our puppy who has high energy levels. She sent regular updates and pictures to us. We would definitely recommend her. Thanks Rimsha!
