Long, stimulating walks, plenty of play time, and practice with basic training commands (sit, stay, down, and whatever else you are working on at the time).

I currently work from home, so have a flexible schedule! I live on 2 acres of land by bald mountain recreational trails - so will be able to take your fur baby on plenty of stimulating walks or provide walks closer to you :)
