Pet care experience
I'm a trustworthy professional with 15 years of petsitting experience. I worked at a pet store in my teens/early 20s as a pet care associate and dog trainer. I have gathered an expanse of pet related knowledge over the years in regards to nutrition and general day to day care. I’ve got a soft spot for seniors and experience with special needs pets who require medication. My two dogs are a couch potato Staffy mix female and an overly sweet Boxer/Lab male. I enjoy photography so expect high quality photos of your pets while they’re in my care.

I would definitely recommend Riley - great communication and treated our dogs as if they were her own. She was also flexible when our flights got delayed. Loved the printed photos and goodie bag!
She was quick to respond, available in a pinch. Met my buddy the day before to make sure he'd be ok with her. Checked on him every few hours. Took tons of great photos and shared regularly. She stayed to make sure he would be safe with her. I highly recommend Riley for the care of your fur babies!!
Adam and Annie had a great time during their stay with Riley . We loved all the photo and video updates as well! The pictures are beautiful! Not only is Riley great pet sitter, she has some serious puppy photography skills!

I am very patient and have no problem dealing with rowdy leash walkers. I’m also super attentive on walks to make sure your pup stays safe and doesn’t pick up anything. Your pet will be treated like my own while they stay with me. For Boarding guest, I prefer dogs who are able to be crated as I do not leave dogs unsupervised/free roaming in my home. I typically only take one boarder at a time to guarantee your dog gets plenty of one on one time. I also require them to be up to date on vaccines and on flea prevention to avoid an infestation in my home. They are never left for more than 4 hours.

In addition to vaccination, are they on flea/HW preventative?
A typical day
I love to hike some of the local trails. I also enjoy going to the park to play fetch. I have a variety of puzzle toys and treat filling toys to entertain them while we’re relaxing at home. My dogs also make wonderful play mates (supervised play ONLY).

Availability
Since I work overnight my daytime schedule is free for any drop in visits or midday walks. I enjoy getting exercise and hiking so having an extra four legged companion is great!
