I've had dogs with me since age 2 and have played with them my whole life! I've helped raise a yellow lab for 8 years now to be a family friendly sweetheart! I'm an active runner if you have a high energy dog but if your dog is low matience and wants to take its time sniffing around I'm patient and willing to wait so that they will have a experience that's fun for them!
