Rick is one of those guys who has literally pulled over to save a turtle from the road, and bought food and provided shelter for stray kittens. He has a big heart for animal welfare. He has welcomed in strays and shelter dogs that were unwanted, abused, and left behind. He takes the time to rehabilitate them and treats his pets like they're his babies.
