In the past, we've left our dogs at a kennel, and they always came back with signs of trauma. It took days for them to return to something like normal behavior. One of our elderly dogs was never the same. This time, we left our dog with Richard. Our dog is an energetic young dog. The collar that we gave Richard to use on a walk broke, and Richard chased our dog down, grabbed her, and rescued her. He is clearly someone who cares about dogs. He clearly took good care of our dog, because she was her normal, happy self from the moment I saw her again. I am so glad that we found him.
Richard has a great relationship with my dog and was very thorough in communicating and asking great questions. He is meticulous in following the instructions for her care and in sending frequent updates.
Richard was great! We will definitely be using him again.

Please let me know ahead of time if the dog has any special needs like Diet, bedding, medications or other personal needs. I will do everything I can to accommodate their stay. Also note that I am in an apartment building, so if the dog is older and cannot climb stairs then I might not be the best fit for them.
A typical day
If allowed, I would love to take the dog with me on any walks through the local park or a beach visit which is a short drive from where I live. If not, I’ll make sure to keep them safe and away from others.

Availability
I have been working from home for over a year. I work 7am - 4pm and am always home around 8pm if I do leave the house. Pet care can easily fit in and around what I’m doing already.
