Pet care experience
I'm a lifelong animal lover, and have 12 years of experience with medium-sized dogs. If I can handle Trotsky, my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, I can handle your dog!At the moment, I am available any day of the week at any time for dog walking or sitting. While I signed up for Rover to make some additional money, I chose it over other part-time jobs because I love all animals - especially dogs!In the past I have volunteered with Sean Casey Animal Rescue, Best Friends Animal Society, and the Humane Society of the United States.I'm currently a member of Brooklyn's Community Board 10.I have an undergraduate degree from Fordham University, and a graduate degree from Columbia University.This is kind of forced and weird at the moment, but I needed to fill up the 125 word requirement! Don't let this little blurb dissuade you - I would love to take care of your pup!

Having had a medium-sized dog (my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Trotsky) for nearly a dozen hears, I am very comfortable with similarly sized dogs. I also have a soft spot for stumpy dogs, so any kind of Corgi or Basset Hound or Dachshund is sure to make my day!
A typical day
I'm open to walking dogs wherever the owners are comfortable with me doing so. As a former NYC Parks Department employee and nature-lover, I'd love to spend some time in the park with your pup! Shore Road Park makes for some great walks.
