Experienced pet caregiver

Pet care experience

I've taken care of dogs and other animals all my life. Growing up, there was a time where we had 5 dogs in the house, not to mention that we had cats, rabbits, parrots, etc as well. Friends, family, neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe their pets. I've been doing this in different areas I've lived in like NYC, SF Bay Area, and Sacramento. I've volunteered to animal sanctuaries and rescue groups. I'm rabbit savvy having had a bunny myself.

RIch is a superb dog sitter! He takes excellent care of our dog, Tessa. He sends lots of videos and updates about her day. I highly recommend him!

Rich was a fantastic dog sitter for our 2 year old pitbull, Tessa. Tessa was recovering from surgery and Rich went above and beyond to follow our instructions and communicate with us about how she was doing while we were away. He sent lots of updates via text, photos, and videos. He was also a great house guest--clean, tidy and respectful. I highly recommend him and we will certainly book him again!

I met Rich when he volunteered to take care of bunnies at the NYCACC. I learned that he is passionate with the well being of bunnies and animals in general. He had his beloved Max at that time. He also volunteered for Rabbits, Rescue, and Rehab, an organization I founded. He fostered bunnies then and helped them be adopted. I really recommend Rich if you want someone trustworthy and passionate to take care of your pets."

Rich has always been passionate about animals and nature the moment I've known him. He has a knack for bonding with any pet he meets. When I learned that he got a bunny and he became active with rabbit rescue and foster, I wasn't surprised at all. He is also great with my cats. You can trust him tremendously with your pets.

I'll give your pet my utmost love and care. Will follow every detail of your instructions to what your pet is used to. If your pet needs to be crated, I can easily do so. If your pet is the type who likes to try everything during walks, I'll make sure to be attentive to that, especially that they don't ingest anything they're not supposed to.

A typical day

I love to stimulate your pets physically and mentally. We'll walk around your neighborhood, go to a nearby park, play with their favorite toys. There will be a lot of positive reinforcement, lotsa hugs and kisses. Pre approved treats and amounts will be given generously as instructed.
