Not only did he send pictures, we received stories of our fur babies. He stayed and played with the dogs. Two cats loved him. I’ll will always call on him again. He has a calm personality that puts you at ease, you get the instant feeling that he will care for your babies as if they were his own.

I've known Rich for a number of years, and can say unequivocally that he's an animal lover. This passion has always been evident, both in the way he talks about them, and in the way I've seen him interact with his own pets as well as mine. What's perhaps most telling is the way I observed these animals respond positively to Rich - which is perhaps the best endorsement of all.
