Lovely Menlo Park Home w/ Yard

Pet care experience

I've had the pleasure of having pets for the last 20 years of my life. While new to Rover here in CO, I was a Rover sitter in Denver for 3 years and watched hundreds of dogs and while in Seattle, was a dog walker. Now in Palo Alto, we have our 2 year old professionally trained service dog Juniper and 15 year old declawed cat Izzie. The townhouse is uniquely laid out to give pets access to the secure patio area as well as regular potty breaks in the front yard. I work from home full-time and walk Juniper 4 to 5 times a day averaging 4 miles a day and would do the same for your furbaby! Checkout my previous profile reviews from CO (since it’s under my former partners account I’m unable to merge): Check out Matt's pet care profile on Rover: https://r.rover.com/pLSdMF

Rich was great with Charlie! We would definitely use him again. He communicated well and was incredibly flexible with our schedule and plans.

Rich was awesome with PJ. Sent lots of photos. She got lots of snuggles and attention. And made a new friends with his lovely doggo and cat. PJ is looking forward to her next staycation at Rich's.

Rich is great with our maltipoo. She can be a little… opinionated, but Rich is great with her and she looks forward to her daily walks with him (when I tell her ‘Richard’s coming today’ she goes right to the window to look for him). Rich is always on time, super communicative, and flexible.

Rich came over to walk my two large pups daily when I was on vacation. He is very prompt to respond to messages and very flexible with any last minute changes. In addition, I love the photos he sent of my two pups on their walk! My dogs both get very excited when he comes over because they know it's walk time.
