I have always said if I owned land, I would have one of every breed. But since I don't i'll settle for loving everybody else's. I am currently a volunteer for the Humane Society of York county. I have raised and survived two labradors from birth who are sadly no longer with us and currently have a 7 year old King Cavalier mix and a spoiled rotten 5 year old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix. Dogs never miss out on a affection in our home. My children are in middle school and love animals as well. One thing i look for when placing my own babies in temporary care is a clean environment. I believe it is important that pets have a safe, clean, free of small objects/clutter place to stay. I want to provide that for your babies. Our home has not "gone to the dogs" as it is clean,tidy and well kept. That means your fur baby will be in a great environment with lots of love, attention and affection. I am home most days all day so being alone will not be something your pet has to worry with. Companionship is very important when a dog is in a new environment and I promise to provide a lot of it. Potty breaks are a plenty around here and leash walking is definitely a great way to get exercise each day as well.
