Just as we prioritize the safety of our own dogs, we're committed to providing the same level of care and expertise while your pup is in our care. Our journey began with the goal of offering our own pups a secure and monitored play environment with new friends, while also creating a space where all dogs who join us can simply be themselves and enjoy the fun! ‼️ Important safety rules ‼️ • As your pups arrive a fur check for flea & ticks will be mandatory in order to ensure the safety of all pups. • The safety of your pup is our top priority. Your pup must be comfortable with other pups around. In the event that your pup displays aggression towards other dogs, they will be separated for the duration of their stay to ensure a safe and stress free environment. • We ensure that pups are consistently fed separately, either in individual crates, designated gated areas, or separate rooms. When treats are provided, they are directly handed to the pup to ensure they are eaten. • Prior to your pup's departure, we ensure they go home well-groomed with brushed fur and clean paws (especially after outdoor play). Additionally, any items you bring from home, such as blankets, beds, toys, or crates, will be thoroughly sanitized and cleaned before they are returned to you. • Our yard is sprayed every 1-2 weeks or more with Wondercide (Pet friendly Pest Spray) • Mighty Mint & Wondercide products are used in our home as well. • Kin+Kind Lavender & Wondercide Flea & Tick Spray ⚠️ DROP OFF/PICKUP PROTOCOL: 
In our commitment to offering stress-free and flexible services, we kindly request, out of respect, that you inform us of your intended arrival time, as well as the estimated timeframe for both drop-offs and pickups. By doing so, we can ensure that your pup is clean and prepared for Pickup. Additionally, it allows us to take precautions, especially considering that certain dogs ARE prone to running or exhibit gate-jumping or pushing behavior. On the day of, please let us know when you are in the car on the way with eta. 🔴 For example: ETA is 2:15 pm. Please stay in your vehicle as we will bring your pup out to you, as there may be multiple pickups/drop-offs simultaneously. 👉🏽 Please note that some dogs may still be cautious of strangers or protective of their owners or leash aggressive.
