Rhaya is a true animal lover in every sense of the word. She has a bachelors degree in which she dedicated her time to studying and understanding animals of all kinds, and even went on to help educate students on how important animals are to all of us. Outside of her studies she is a passionate dog mom of two (one of which is a true rescue) and even aids in her families dog adoption program that helps wounded and mistreated dogs find loving FOREVER homes. Her passion for dogs, and animals is unmatched by most and keeps her constantly learning and developing as a care giver and advocate for all animals alike. As a dog owner myself she is my "Go To" person for any questions I have, and keeps me motivated to spread the same compassion and awareness that she brings to our furry/feathered friends. In short Rhaya has proven to be knowable, caring, and responsible for the dogs in her personal life as well as the animals that she has cared for in her capacity as a undergraduate teaching assistant to the Veterinarians and Doctors at the University of Northern Colorado. Not only does she have the tenure and degree to prove her competence, but more importantly she has the trust of her friends, family, and community. Not to mention some people just have that personality that our four legged family members love! Rhaya should be the first person on your speed dial when you need a ROVER to look after your loved one!

Rhaya is a very kind and caring person. She is great with dogs and truly cares for them. Being with dogs is one of her favorite things to do!
