Hi, I'm Reuben, Dogs have been a part of my family since I was born. I don't remember a time when I wasn't helping to feed the first springer spaniel we had named Kenny who was so full of energy and always needed walking as all dogs do. Then there's Zeb who was a cross-lab with Alsatian and he always carried sticks that were about 3 times the size of his own body! Currently, Kodak is the most recent family dog, an 8 year old Collie who is so intelligent I think he's better at maths than I am! We also house two little hamsters named Timba and Smudge who may be small but are still full of energy. In my own time I love to do Yoga and woodworking but of course Kodak is a daily pleasure to walk down at my local river bank where there is plenty of open space for him to chase his ball. If you book with me, I will most likely look after your pet with my partner Emily. Her love of animals is just as big as mine and as a team we work extremely well when sitting.

Reuben and Emily have sat for us twice now - they look after our pets and our home perfectly. We never worry when we are away - they send photographs and updates and it makes leaving them so much easier knowing they are well cared for.
Reuben and Emily I cannot recommend enough. They have cared for our two lively collies following their routines whilst also caring for our home. We had regular updates and photos from Reuben and Emily and on our return the dogs were happy and the house was spotless! If you want to ensure your dogs remain in their own home with their own routine and comforts I would suggest you consider contacting Reuben and Emily as nothing was too much for them and they really care for your dogs. We Booked Ruben and Emily to house sit our 6 mini Dashounds, from the first meeting with them we and our gang felt at ease. we even had to drop a bomb shell that one of our girls was pregnant and they were not put of with these at all, whilst on holiday we had daily updates on what the gang was doing with photos as well. on our return our dogs where very relaxed. we would highly recommend Ruben and Emily and will be using there services going forward for future breaks. We can not thank them enough and cant wait to see them when pups are born for a Extended family photo

A typical day
The local riverbank is Kodak's (the family Collie) favourite place to go. This is a safe and wide open space where he can chase his ball off his lead. This would be perfect for any dog, even if they are still restricted on a leash since there are many smells for them to explore. The garden I have is also large and is perfect for throwing and catching or tug of war (again, some of Kodak's favourite games).
