I would say my experience with Renny was terrible but that wouldn't even do it justice. Renny did not even show up to provide any service to rate her on. I booked her for 4 visits over 3 days. When I didn't hear from her at all after the first two scheduled visits passed, I called. No answer. I texted through my Rover app asking if she had been to see my dog at all. No answer. I finally had to call my apartment complex who informed me that the key I left with them was never picked up by Renny, which meant that my poor pup Cooper had not been taken out or fed for nearly 24 hours! Needless to say I immediately cancelled the rest of her visits and got a full refund from Rover. Thankfully I have family in the area that was able to come over and take my dog out. Be wary of this sitter as there is no guarantee that she won't be completely unresponsive and leave your poor pet to suffer!
