Pet care experience
Animal owner and lover since childhood. Comfortable orally administering pill and liquid medication due to my own dogs medical condition. I love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! A personal favorite of mine is the Belgium Shepherd and other shepherds. My dogs at home include a Beagle-Australian Shepherd mix, a Yorkshire Terrier, and a Shih Tzu! I am always entertained by cats and their wide range of personalities. I will equally play and cuddle an animal for hours if I am allowed. I treat new animal experiences just as meeting a new friend, because animals are just as sensitive as people too, if not more! At this time I am only doing traveling visits due to space constraints.

My experience administering medication I currently give my Lily seizure medication morning and night, and I have orally administered liquid medication to my rabbit Pumpkin due to her heart conditions. Medication, with the exception of injection, is something I am comfortable with administering. If medication is something that your dog requires, I would like to hear about it during our Meet-and-Greet so I can know what habits I can look out for, such as spitting out pills.

I am open to all dogs and animals of every shape, size, and energy level. Any and all dogs are welcome. I am still working with my pack at home, so please contact me regarding any away-from home stays where your dog will be staying with mine. I also do have some space limitations at home so that will affect my availability, but aside from that I am open to friendly dogs staying with my family.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog I have a very open schedule and I can even stay with the dog overnight if this is what is required. Each dog has different needs and I am willing to work out a schedule of playtime, walks, cuddles, etc. upon meeting and discussing the nature of the stay. Extra house-sitting services I am open to taking on other minor house-keeping tasks while you are away. Let me know what is on the agenda when we meet and I will inform you if it is something I can do.

Why I love dog sitting As a child I always loved playing with other people's dogs, cats, and other pets. I grew up with caged animals and in my sophomore year in high school my family received Sally, our Yorkshire Terrier into our family. Soon after moving to the city, we found Trixie the Shih Tzu as a sick abandoned puppy and nursed her back to health, eventually calling her our own as well. When I went away for college, my family adopted Lily and she is a direct reflection of myself: very friendly, highly energetic, and likes to investigate everything!
