Pet care experience
Hello neighbors, human and furry! My experience in pet care includes lovingly caring for a dog and cat of my own as well as over a year of work in a vet hospital as a kennel technician. There, I acquired relevant skills such as keeping dogs clean, fed, walked, and, most importantly, safe. I can accommodate senior and special needs dogs when given detailed instructions and I have experience giving oral medication and injections. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and I can't wait to walk and/or stop in to check on yours while you're away!

Renee is very reliable and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend and will definitely be using her in the future to watch over my cat.
We only had a pop in visit scheduled on Thanksgiving but met Renee prior and got to see her with our GSD Rudy. He's a 90 pound dog so could be intimidating to some people, but not Renee! He like her just fine too and she was very interactive with him. You can tell a dog person when you meet one and Renee was definitely into dogs! We will use her again when the need arises. :)
After meeting Renee and having multiple text sessions i booked the dates for her to watch my dog. The morning of drop off in the pouring rain I’m knocking on doors and calling her for an hour, Renee is no where to be found. We missed our flight. I wouldn’t let this girl watch my pet rock. Four hours later she texts and asks if we are still in the area, she couldn’t believe that she overslept and didn’t wake up! Obviously her bed will be more important than your pet so beware. As of now I’ve got a total of 2.5 hrs of phone time in with rover.com and although sympathetic will only give back booking money, no help with added vacation costs due to their “subcontracted “ boarder screwing up our trip. Friends stick with your neighborhood kennel for the best piece of mind.
Renee was very prepared to watch our dog. She was clear in her communications and posted pictures of Hobbes during his stay. I will use Renee in the future, as I find her disposition to be perfect for our little guy. I couldn't recommend her enough. She's just a sweetheart.
