Didn't even give my dog a chance to acclimate to the environment. Called me 20 mins after drop off and told me to pick him back up because he was crying. No attempts to comfort him and make him feel at home. Just gave up. Out of the 5 years I've been using Rover, I've never had a host have this issue with him. Her house smells like other dogs but there are no dogs in the house. So my guess is he was smelling the dogs but couldn't find them and that was upsetting him. She needs more experience before agreeing to take dogs over night. Cancelling like that last minute which in-turn forced me to cancel my plans for the weekend did not leave every happy, need-less to say.

Renee was wonderful with my dog! She was great with communication, sending pics and my dog had a great time with her and her family. Highly recommend!
