Fenced 1.8 Acres :)
Pet care experience
*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* Hello there, I’m Renee. I am a USMC Veteran and current student majoring in Biology with plans to apply to med school. I’ve had the privilege to care for and be around dogs my whole life, both small and large. I know they are our babies and I love all breeds and their quirks. My husband was raised with large and small dogs as well, and absolutely adores throwing the ball around for doggos when he’s off work and enjoys their company. My husband and I live on 4.8acres, 1.8 being fenced currently and plan to fence more soon. We have an infant at home, and two older dogs (El Chapo the Boxer born 2017, and Apple Juice the Golden Retriever born 2020). We are blessed with the ability to stay home now as my husband WFM and I am a student. We own an old man boxer and a very sweet female golden retriever that will accompany your dog during their stay. Someone is home (and usually awake) 24/7 to hang out and supervise all the babies, but we will occasionally pop out for errands in the evening and will crate or separate as needed to ensure safety. I have experience volunteering in shelters and administering basic pill medication. I am knowledgeable on basic handling techniques and reading basic dog behavior when they are happy and relaxed to stressed/anxious/pain, and when they need an energy release or space away from other dogs. SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. As our property is fenced, and unfenced, we usually let our dogs play off leash, but our guests remain on leash in unfenced areas. We have baby gates and space in home to separate everyone/give everyone a chance to rest in peace or play. If need be, we will crate to relieve some stress and allow dogs quiet time to decompress.
Reviews
Renee is such an amazing sitter! She gives frequent updates and my pup always has the best time at her amazing place.
Renee was awesome! She sent lots of updates and my dog had a blast hanging out with her pups.
Renee & her husband are such nice people & they were great with Mallory! I was out of state for a few days & they made me feel at ease by keeping me updated every day by sending me messages explaining what they did & sending pictures & videos of her chillin in the yard, hanging around their two doggies & when it was time for her to take her medicine. They have a spacious house & a fenced in property so there was plenty of room for Mally to explore off leash. 10/10 I would definitely board with them again!
Renee took excellent care of my puppy. Would highly recommend!

I am always outside with the pups for potty and play and let them explore in, and I love to have mini photo sessions and write about your pup during their stay; dogs are just so cute when they pose with flowers and running in the air mid flight, or just being goofy - I will be sure to text you with those favorites, as I love them when my dogs are being baby sat too.

Information Renee R. would like to know about your pet
PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept females in active heat. Dogs requiring medication administering and/or higher energy demands (dogs under 1yr) will be at a slightly higher rate. I communicate this before a confirmed booking. Please have a completed profile of your pet for references so you remain at peace during boarding. Please let us know ahead of time: feeding specifications, medicine, or behavioral or health concerns that may need attention. We ask that our guests be up to date on flea and tick medication, as well as vaccines for the safety of my doggos too. Keep in mind we do live on farm land where unwanted guests may make it home with you if your baby is not on flea and tick meds. We do have two dogs at home and can definitely separate as needed and will prioritize safety of your pet at all times, and gladly we have not had any issues in the 5 years I have been boarding.
A typical day
1-5mile walks around the 5acres, time and weather permitting; throwing the ball around with constant water breaks on demand. Always inside with AC when it’s too hot.

If I am booked for a dog sitting I prioritize your baby first. We will play, walk, or just relax depending on energy needs. Feeding times and treats will be ensured separated from our dogs to make sure no issues arise with food aggression.
