Renee was very nice. At the initial meet & greet she was on time, conscientious, took notes and was great with my pup. I was very optimistic. I scheduled two walks for Tues & Thurs with the agreement that they would be reoccurring every week. The first walk, she didn't show up, and when I texted she responded that her alarm didn't go off and she was across town taking care of another dog and couldn't get to my house. She kindly offered to walk Fin another day. The next day she came on time with no issues, but then informed me that she could not continue with me as a client because of other priorities and personal reasons. A little annoying that she told me after already agreeing, but I understand things change. The second walk, she came on time and walked Fin with no issues, but when she left she did not secure him in his crate. He got out of the crate and was lose in the house. I messaged her to ask her if she could go back, as I was at work and couldn't leave. She told me she was already in an uber headed across town and couldn't get back for an hour and would incur additional Uber charges. This experience would leave me to believe that Renee is very nice and cares for dogs dearly, but may not be very reliable. Additionally, the fact that she Ubers to clients all over the Valley creates logistical issues that contribute to unreliability.

Renee took great care of my cats-- she was very patient by waiting for them to come out of their hiding places instead of chasing them out. She sent pictures of one of them one of the days, and she texted me to let me know what was going on each day. They came to feel more comfortable with her and even like her!
