At Barker's B & B Boarding -we specialize in couch-naps, playtime, snuggles, and kisses. I love dogs and consider it a privilege to take care of yours. I have had dogs my entire adult life, all rescues. I have also fostered animals for rescue. Pups stay in the same room with me during the day. Shy dogs are my specialty. Your precious pets will be spoiled rotten at my house! And it’s not just me, but the whole family! My teenage daughter works at a kennel and assists me with boarding. She loves dogs so much. My husband is a veterinarian employed with the US government. Your pups will be loved by everyone in the house!

Renea and her family took really good care of my senior dog, giving her the prescribed medicine, making sure she was comfortable and sending many pics and updates. She has a good set-up at her home that is "dog-proofed". I plan to use her gain very soon.

Renea was a wonderful sitter who provided our dog a loving and safe home while we were away. She truly loves dogs and has a set up to accommodate them with a fenced in yard and plenty of pet friendly places in the home for them to roam. Our dog was comfortable from the meet and greet. I have a fenced yard and a dedicated gated area in my house for dogs. There is a secondary barrier beyond the gates to prevent any dogs who like to dash from succeeding.

Information Renea D. would like to know about your pet
The dog must not be aggressive with other dogs or our cat. The dog must be fully house trained and not mark inside the house. After an initial settling-in phase of up to two days, your dog must be able to sleep through the night without barking or howling. Please do not inquire about dogs over 40 pounds or large, breed puppies.
A typical day
There is fresh water available at all times plus lots of toys. There are many outdoor breaks a day, treats are given many times a day as well. There is a lot of romping around the backyard and some dogs love to wrestle with each other.

Pet-sitting is my only job. I am home all day every day except for occasional errands. For the majority of the day we are all in the same room together.
