Overall it seems like my dog had a great stay. Renata was easy to get in touch with and followed my guidelines for care. Unfortunately Renata’s phone was broken so we didn't get any real updates until the last day. The only issue I had was that I brought my dog to Renata's wearing a Halti, which in hindsight she clearly wasn't familiar with. The Halti is simply a tool to prevent a dog from pulling while on leash. However, she didn't remove the Halti during my dog's stay. She did remove it from his nose, but left the Halti attached to his collar during the entire stay. If your dog uses any sort of similar training device it is worth explaining how it works to Renata just to be sure it is used correctly. I should have done so, I made an assumption that she was familiar with it because she never said she wasn't. Other than that my dog came home happy, healthy and tired, so it was a great stay.

Renata is wonderful! Attentive, compassionate, flexible and accommodating. We don’t go out of town often and D gets anxious with lots of change. Leaving her with Renata gave us peace of mind.
