I had my sister pick up my dog on the 30th at the end of the dogsitting at my house, and he was covered in piss and the whole appartment smelt like pee. His whole crate also smelt like pee, which he never goes potty in his crate unless crated for over 10 hrs at a time, even as a puppy. I paid for someone to be with my dog at all times and taking him potty regularly, which clearly wasn't the case. Im extremely disappointed, as this was my first time leaving my animals with a sitter, and I most likely won't be doing it again. This definitely makes me believe that this sitter wasn't even at my house all day everyday like she was supposed too be. Extremely disappointed that my baby wasn't properly cared for.

Rejeana was very sweet and communicative before and after the stay. Booking was easy and she asked questions before the stay, even accommodating the fact that I couldn't do a meet and greet before the stay. My dog Pepper was returned to me with all of her belongings at the end of the stay and seemed very happy to see me. Unfortunately I do have some concerns about Pepper's stay that I feel obligated to mention. I was a bit confused to see that Pepper hadn't eaten any kibble that I packed during the entire four day booking. I did pack half a pound of bacon treats and I was surprised to see that those were all gone. I would have loved to receive photos of Pepper getting exercise, playing outside or going on a walk. I received two photos of her, both indoors, so it's hard for me to know how much exercise or attention she received. Lastly, there was a strong and unpleasant pet odor smell within the home which unfortunately transferred onto Pepper's belongings. I'm giving Rejeana the benefit of the doubt that these first two issues were misunderstandings and I appreciate her taking on the booking when so many other sitters weren't available.
