Reisa was so loving to my kitties while I was on vacation. She is the most trustworthy person and you can tell immediately that you can trust her coming into your home and taking care of your animals. She goes above and beyond. She is all about your animals while you can't be there. I highly recommend Reisa 100% and I will definitely use Reisa again. I am so pleased.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SITTER. She is very irresponsible, unresponsive and completely negligent. She lied to me throughout the entire booking. Her only responsibility was to feed my turtle every day for one week. Through my security camera, I watched as she came only TWICE throughout the entire week; once to pick up my apartment key and once to drop off the key. When she dropped off the key, she also threw out my turtles bag of food so it looked like she had been feeding him. Once I had realized that she was not doing the drop-in visits, I had to get my COWORKER to do what I had paid this sitter for. I came home to a very lethargic and obviously neglected turtle, I am very lucky that my turtle did not die from starvation. If you are still for whatever reason considering booking this sitter, first ask yourself; Would your pet survive a week without food?
