Grew up with Cocker Spaniels, Dobermans, a Golden Retriever, and a Mini Bulldog. Greatly enjoy caring for all types of Canines (and Felines). Fully attentive and trust worthy Santa Barbara resident who loves caring for dogs and cats. For me, this is less about the money and more about being of service to great animals. I love dogs and currently can’t own one where I live. It would bring me great joy to help with your dog(s), exercise them, and give them healthy, loving attention. I’m a professional in my 40’s and I live on the West Mesa. I’m always engaging with dogs and their owners at the beaches of Hendry’s and Mesa Lane Steps. It’s so wonderful to see the dogs and owners so happy. I would like to give back and contribute to that energy.

Reid not only met our expectations, he exceeded them. Our 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Timo, had become very sketchy about people coming into the house after pandemic restrictions were lifted. He had also aggressively gone after a dog who was in his face at doggy daycare ... something very out of character for him, but which left us needing a sitter who could handle any difficult situation that could arise on walks. Reid established a rapport with Timo very quickly and we felt very comfortable leaving Reid in charge of both our house, Timo and two kitties. We got pictures and reports everyday and Timo had a great time. I cannot say enough about Reid's skill and kindness in handling Timo. Do not hesitate to hire Reid as a pet sitter. Your pets will be well-served in your absence.
If you want someone who is caring, dependable, affectionate and knows how to take care of animals, Reid is the person you should hire. He is a professional adult who has watched my 90 lb mixed pitbull. He shows my dog a lot of love, which is important to us and just as important, being responsible when taking him out for walks with his triggers with small children and certain dogs. You will not be disappointed with Reid is your dog sitter.
Reid is amazing with my dog Pumpkin. She needs extra care on the leash due to aggression issues and he is attentive and "on it" with her! I totally trust him with my girl, and I don't trust many with her. Reid is reliable, and very gentle with all animals. I highly recommend him
