We recently lost our 15 year old Pitbull named Monkee due to cancer. We cared for and loved Monkee to the end. Our boy stopped walking a month before we made the hard decision to lay him to rest. Although unable to walk, Monkee continued to have a great quality of life. Monkee was on 4 different medications while sick, and on a daily basis he was given his medication faithfully. We used Rover for a couple of years and found it very helpful and was able to find 2 passionate sitters for Monkee who loved him as their own.
