We recently lost our 14 year old dog to Diabetes and Cushings disease. We have a big void in our small but cozy apartment and would love to dote on your pup while you are away. My husband and I have experience with special diets and administering medications, including injections. My husband is home during the day with our 3 year old so your dog will always have company. Your pup will be treated like ours was and is allowed on the furniture and encouraged to sleep in bed with us. I have worked at an animal hospital and also volunteered at Animal Haven Shelter before I had my son. Our pet-friendly apartment is on the 5th floor and there is a double set of doors leading into the building so your dog will not be able to escape onto the street. If you prefer that we come to your home for visits, I will come in the morning before work and in the evenings on my way home, unless you live within walking distance to our home. If so, my husband will come at any time during the day. We can provide references.
