Hello, I used to volunteer at Save A Pet and would walk dogs of varying sizes. Additionally, occasionally, I will go to walk my relative's pet Husky who lives about 20 minutes away from me to get him outside for some fresh air. At Save A Pet, I would place a leash on the dog and take them into a dog pen in their back area where they can run around and play fetch with toys. If there is a chair and the dog is small, I would place the dog on my lap to show some attention and affection. I enjoy talking to the dog and massaging their body because it makes them feel valued. Personally, I have had pet parakeets for about 11 years.
