Pet care experience
Hello! I am currently temporarily living in Durham to complete an internship here! I love taking long walks on shady trails around the area with your pups! Because I am new to the area, trail recommendations are highly appreciated because I love exploring and can take your doggies with me :) I can also do everything from playing around with the pups to afternoon naps! My family that I’m living with has dogs that I frequently care for, which gives me great experience but unfortunately makes me unavailable for dog boarding. I’m more than happy to still take your dog out for a walk or house-sit when you need! For drop-ins I can come to play with and care for your doggo while you are away. I am so excited to get to meet you and your dogs!

Rebekkah stayed at our house to watch our pups and hit all the right notes. During the initial visit and walk thru, Rebekkah was relaxed around our excitable ones, and we felt assured to leave them and our home in her care. While away, she sent updates and pics. They were clearly well cared. We highly recommend!
Was very friendly however arrived late which was unfortunately disappointing.
Rebekkah did a great job and got along well with my large dogs, one wbo is pretty boisterous. I would use her services again and recommend her.

I take pet safety very seriously. I am always careful when entering a client’s home so that the animal is unable to rush out upon my entry, and I try to keep eyes on the pets while I’m in and outside of the house/apartment at all times. Additionally, I always check to make sure that the front door is completely locked before I leave, so that you will come home to a safe house.

No breed preferences - I would like to know any physical or dietary restrictions and their energy level. This would help me to determine how forceful they would be when walking and how far I should walk them to help burn their energy.
A typical day
Because I am new to Durham I have not found any favorite places yet, but that doesn’t mean I won’t! From a lazy stroll to a rough-terrain hike- I’m open to it all! I am very good at fetch, tug of war, and am exceptional at giving great pets.
