Pet care experience
I'm a middle aged healthy woman and a part time assistant manager of an upscale Salon and Spa. I have had dogs and cats my entire life! Currently I have a 6 year old rescue from Puerto Rico named Cooper. He is quite the character and a love bug. Cooper has gotten along well with every dog he's encountered. I also have a loyal and handsome cat named Charlie. I'm personable, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. We must do a meet and greet before booking. Your Dog must be friendly and do well with my dog if your pet will be staying at my home. Your pet must be up to date with vet care. I'm currently available Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday mornings for drop ins and walks. I will do 30 min drop in visits and walks! I also can be a back up walker for your current pet care person. I can also offer pet sitting at your home. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved fur baby!! *Please note that we must set up a meet and greet prior to me taking your dog into my care. We can negotiate fees for light cleaning and litter box emptying as well as yard poop pick up. 😊

Jasper is thrilled with Rebekha. His previous walker that we used for over a year went back to school and Jasper can be shy with new people and has some difficulty with changes but Becky made him feel comfortable and within a few minutes they were walking together up the road and he was quite happy. Becky is great. She shows up on time and is reliable and communicates well. She is knowledgeable about dogs and earned my dog's trust quickly. She provides the exercise that he needs. I have been very satisfied with our first visits.

Information Rebekha P. would like to know about your pet
Most importantly I would want to meet your dog and introduce your dog to my dog. I feel its very important that both myself and your dog are comfortable with each other. If your dog will be coming to my house it will be important that my dog and your dog click. My dog Cooper is dog friendly and loves to play with other dogs and us approximately 37lbs. He does not do well with puppies especially unless they have been fixed. Important to note that I do not have a fenced in yard currently, but I do have a large front, back and side yard and I have a long strong lead in the back and on the side yard. I will never leave your dog outside alone as I do not ever leave my own dog outside unattended. I can also provide references upon request!! Also, it states that I am willing to board your dog longer than a week. This would only happen if our dos have an excellent report with each other. I will not take a dog without notice and without knowing our dogs get along. I will do daily visits/walks after an initial meet and greet.
A typical day
A typical day at my house consists of some free play, potty breaks every 2 hours, a couple of dog walks (weather permitting) and outdoor dog play, I have 3long leads and will never leave a dog alone outside. My dog is allowed to graze on food throughout the day but I'm happy to follow whatever structured eating schedule your dog has. I usually will also give the dogs a hard chew ( which you can provide or for an extra fee I am happy to supply- I typically use bully sticks or pigs ears) once during the day. but of course my job is to follow your instructions. Your dog will be played with and will receive one on one attention with plenty of snuggles! We live near a trail and will absolutely go on hikes on a nice day if your dog enjoys that type of activity. If he or she is a couch potato that is perfectly fine. Please Note: I'm wide open for drop in visits, onc or twice a day. If your dog is established with me and gets a long with my dog and does not have separation anxiety I will definitely consider boarding.
