I had the opportunity to repeatedly dog and house sit several dogs - from a small fluff ball, to large, energetic breeds (an Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Husky). I loved getting to know each of these dogs unique personalities! I also gained experience taking dogs to vets, picking up meds and administering them. I especially loved working with one dog over the course of several months as we went on daily walks and reinforced basic training skills - especially reducing leash pulling. I now have a dog of my own - an 80 lb pitbull named Cholo to care for. However... I would love to get to know your pet! I love getting outdoors with energetic dogs, but I can not resistant cuddles with more relaxed dogs either! I also have experience watching cats. I love all pets, and will take time to make sure your cat has some entertainment and love. I also have experience working on dairy farms, which means I've taken care of calves and lambs, bottle feeding and monitoring their health in their early life stages. If you have an unusual pet, I would be happy to see if I might be a good fit for helping care for it.
