I have been around and loved dogs my entire life. I decided to take in my own dog, Pearl, when she was just nine months and I was 19. She goes everywhere with me. Including hikes, bike rides, runs, and trips to the park. Along with having a high energy border collie by my side, I have cared or many dogs of all ages and sizes. I've done drop-ins, daily walks, and overnight stays for extended periods of time. In Seattle, I had regulars that I would take with me to the park daily or that would stay with me for a few days at a time. I love playing fetch, taking long walks, and going on hikes and I couldn't imagine doing those things without a dog with me.
