I come from a dog family. We also have cats, but we have a longer dog history. Having owned dogs throughout my entire life, I have had experience with diggers, fence jumpers, leash pullers, garbage dumpers, crate escapees, etc. I have also handled a variety of health concerns including arthritis, epilepsy, skin conditions, and recovery when a dog was poisoned. Some required oral medication, weekly or even daily. I also previously walked dogs for senior citizen members of an organization I was a member of. I raise and train with love and fun. I currently have a husky mix who follows nonverbal commands, including "hug me". I love being around animals, from cuddling to walking. Because of this, I am a volunteer with the Michigan Humane Society.
