Since 2010, I have worked in animal shelters and veterinary hospitals as a veterinary technician. My passion for animals led me to getting a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. While my career path shifted to the field of dietetics, I still regularly pet sit. I have 12 years of experience housesitting and pet-setting for family, friends, and clients via word of mouth. I am comfortable with administering treatments and medications if needed. Depending on your pets needs, I am just as happy getting my exercise in walking all over town to going on slower leisurely strolls with your senior pet. I am looking forward to spending quality time with and meeting your furry family member!

I make sure all potential hazards are removed, and I always check (and double check) any doors, gates, fences prior to letting your pup out. For safety reasons, I do not visit any dog parks / off leash environments with your dog.

Before watching a dog I would like to know the following information: Training level, anything he/she is scared of, how he/she is with kids/other animals/people walking down the street, any health issues, vaccine information, and emergency contacts
A typical day
As a runner, I would be happy to include your pup on a short run if he/she is up to it! I like to walk around your neighborhood and/or a park or boardwalk.

Availability
Due to my work schedule during the week, I am mainly available to drop in on your pet mornings and evenings, and do extended visits Friday evenings into Monday mornings. On the weekends, I have adequate time to take care of your pet - from long walks to play sessions in the backyard or just hanging out!
