Pet care experience
Pet sitting is more than a job to me, it's an enhancement to my life! I've been pet sitting for over 38 years (since I was a pre-teen) and I love meeting new dogs and learning about their personalities. The hardest thing about being a pet sitter is that I love my clients so much they become a part of my family! I have experience with other animals too--I've watched parrots, fish, rabbits and even an iguana! The iguana was fascinating to care for, I had to prepare tiny little salads for him and he loved it! No matter what kind of pet you have, I'm excited to meet them. I can't wait to hear from you and learn more about your pet. Please reach out to me if you think I'd be a good fit! Please note that I do have a full time job, Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:30, so I am unable to stay during the day but available for drop in visits.

My dog is rather aloof and introverted, yet he took to Rebecca instantly. Rebecca is wonderful with both pets and people alike. She is dependable, kind and always has a smile. She genuinely loves animals, it shows and pets can tell. If you are lucky enough to hire Rebecca your pet will thank you.
Rebecca loves all animals and loves taking care of them. She takes great care of those that need special medical attention as well. I don't worry about the well being of my kitties when I know she is looking after them.
Rebecca is amazing, and her lengthy client list speaks volumes about her reputation as a responsible, caring, and responsive sitter. You can feel at ease when your pup is with Rebecca. She has an uncanny ability to connect with her four-legged (and two-legged!) clients. I know that any pup Rebecca has previously taken care of is so excited to see her again. Highly recommended!!

I like to know their likes and dislikes, if they are on any medications, and their preferred treats. I usually don't have them meet other dogs on walks as I don't always know how someone else's dog will interact.
A typical day
We will go on walks and I love to chat with the pets that I take care of. If they like to play catch and play with toys we will have a good time with that. Lots of doggie belly rubs, of course. I make sure your dog feels comfortable with me by talking to them and letting them get to know my voice.
