Hi my name is Bex. I have signed upto this site to help others look after, play and give love to their fur babies. I am currently studying to become a veterinary assistant, which is something I have always wanted to do as I am very passionate about all animals. I am also completing my pet sitting and dog walking course so I can gain as much knowledge for this job as possible to ensure your fur babies are in capable hands. I currently work part time in retail as a manager, which has now given me the opportunity and flexibility to do something I love, which is dog sitting/walking. The services I can offer are walking (long 1 hour plus or short 15-30 mins) which can be discussed at our meeting, visits, playing, cuddles and generally anything your pet requires. I also have experience with cats and other animals that I can look after if you require. I can Also offer groups walks if your pet is comfortable but again if your loved one is not, I can offer single dog walks too. I do drive and is comfortable taking your dog to beaches, reservoirs and public walks as I frequently go walking and looking for new places and adventures, only if your fur baby is comfortable in these places. I can offer house visits upto 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, night). I can take photos/videos for you so your pet can show you what we have been up to. I can offer overnights too, which would include full time care if required, bringing in the post, opening and closing curtains etc. This can be so your home and fur baby are safe. I do have my own fur baby Kia who is 9 years old and a complete diva. I saved her from a horrible life, which is why I can not offer pets to my house as she does not get on with other dogs. I can also offer phone calls/meeting before to ensure you have the right person for the role as I know how daunting it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I want to help and if I feel I can not do the role to your expectations I would be honest in letting you know I might not be the right person. Upon meetings I like to write down exactly what your pet likes and doesn’t not like, where they feel comfortable going or not going, how long walks they require, or if they are just waiting company. I also like to write down their vet or any medication that your pet maybe taking and any allergies. I have full insurance to cover myself and your fur baby. I just want to make you both feel comfortable and a happy owner equals a happy pet. I hope to hear from some of you soon and meet your fur babies.
