Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs throughout my life time and have had all of them from puppies. I have learned how to potty and kennel train as well as begin other basic training. I pet sat for neighbors as a teen and young adult and had a blast! I have experience with puppies, cats, and other types of animals. I have a knack for basic training such as sit, stay, heel, and other basic commands. I am available most afternoons and every weekend. I have a pretty flexible work schedule, too, and can move around my work if I need to. I live close to a park, and am in a safe neighborhood for dog walking. If there are more than just puppies in your household that need care I am capable and happy to care for them all.

I do like to know if they are high energy, need extra activities to exercise their brain, or have any dietary preferences/needs. If I am working with a puppy and training is something the pet parent wants me to work on I do want to know what motivates the dog to follow commands and what training they already have, as well as whether a puppy needs to be socialized or stay home. Consistency in pet training is key and I do not want to put a puppy under a year old in any situation which may expose them to viruses they aren't vaccinated for.
A typical day
I love playing fetch, and if it is a high energy breed I will find a local park we can go run around and play with favorite toys. I will also use that time to reinforce basic training if the pet parent wishes.
