I have taken care of dogs my entire life. I recently lost my 17 year old, diabetic dog and am heartbroken without him living alone. I am comfortable taking care of puppies, as well as elderly dogs with special needs. I can give meds including injecting insulin and glucose checks if need be. I work from home so frequent potty breaks and leash walks around Old Town East/ Bronzeville as often as needed are no problem at all. I understand your dog is your family and he or she needs more than a place to stay while your away. I’m in for all the belly rubs, couch snuggles fetching and playing that your buddy is accustomed to. I have concrete easy to clean floors so if there is an accident, we’re all good. It would be an absolute joy to take care of your pet. I’m currently working from home so can be available for your pet 24/7 as needed. My job requires me to be on conference calls intermittently throughout the day. I live in a single family home in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus. I have a fully fenced back yard with lots of green space. I am very active and love to take walks frequently during the day.
