Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am so excited to take care of your furbaby(ies) whenever you need. Although this is my first time on Rover, I have plenty of experience taking care of my family member's and friend's dogs and cats while they are away. I love all animals and am comfortable around all dogs and cats, regardless of their size. I understand the special bond we create with our pets and the worry we feel when we're away and need someone we trust to take care of them. I promise to love and treat your pet like my own and give them the best care possible, that way you know that they are in good hands when you can't be there to take care of them yourself! 😊

Rebecca has a pure heart of gold when it comes to caring for your dog! She has dog sat for my little Petunia multiple times whenever my husband and I go on vacation. She is responsible, loving, and always sends me a couple of photos of Petunia while I am away. I do not think twice about leaving Petunia in the care of Rebecca. 10/10 recommend!
I worked with Rebecca for 3 years during my time as a college student. She was my supervisor during this time and I have to say that she is completely reliable and responsible. Not only that, but she is also very strong, active and friendly. Hands down I would trust Rebecca to take care of my dog.

My family currently has a senior Yellow lab. I love him to death and take care of him as best I can. Because he is older, he does not have the same high energy he used to to play or go on long walks, but to keep him active I take him on short daily walks (when it is still cool out; I avoid the heat not just for him but for all animals). Right now he is mostly interested in getting pet so other than our daily walks, I really just like to spend time with him and love on him. 🥰 I will provide the same loving care to your pet. 🥰

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or, if it is a dog, if he/she does well around other dogs or not. If I take a dog for a walk, I like to know in advance how they are around other dogs so that I can be aware of how close I am able to get to others walking their dogs, or if I should stay aside while I wait for the others to pass. ? Also, although I do not have experience taking care of dogs with special needs, I am open to learning what they need in order to properly be cared for and promise to treat them with love!
A typical day
I can do a lot of fun activities with your dog! I don't mind playing with them if that is what they need, taking them out for walks, sitting down and just petting them/being around them if they are older and do not have the energy to play, etc. I will gladly take your dogs for walks around your neighborhood, at your local park, pretty much anywhere! The only thing I kindly ask is that if you request for me to take your dogg-o on a walk, to please try as best as possible to schedule it while it's still relatively cool outside! The El Paso heat can be dangerous for doggies if they are out on long walks in the middle of the day and I want to make sure your doggie enjoys our walks! ?
