Pet care experience
Hello! I am a part-time working, mother of 2. Father is able to stay home with children while I take dogs for walks/runs. I am in my late 20s, an animal lover, dog whisperer, kind hearted individual. I want to make sure your dog/dogs and/or cat/cats are happy as can be while you are away or at work. I will pick up after them, toys, messes, inside and outside. I have been an animal lover for many many years. I have always had a dog or cat as a pet every day of my entire life. I currently have 2 Australian Shepards I keep at home who love visiters and play very well with others. I also have 2 children who love dogs too. My fenced in yard is a decent size, lots of room to run! Please consider me when choosing care for your pet!

Rebecca continues to be a wonderful help with a very special case dog that very few are capable of working with. In fact, in addition to her knowledge and wonderful instincts about animals, she dedicates her personal time to ensuring she is fully prepared for her visits, and her hard work pays off every time. Rebecca goes above and beyond and is always professional, reliable, and kind. I have a great deal of experience with dogs and Rebecca is that rare gem of a person who is uniquely qualified to connect with, understand, and manage them. She is honest and extremely hard working. I am shocked to see the review from Kory K, which seems to be a personal attack geared toward discrediting and embarrassing Rebecca, rather than anything constructive. Kory K is a Rover sitter; this review seems to me to be unprofessional and petty. Rebecca has worked for me many, many times and never has she been anything but 100% reliable and professional. If you hire her I can guarantee that you will be more than happy with her work and dedication, and she will be someone you come to rely on time and time again. Just as I have. THANK YOU Rebecca. You are truly one in a million and a gift to animals.
She did okay. The actual walk seemed to go without a hitch but she requested a meet and greet beforehand(no problem) we scheduled her to swing by in the morning before we left town (she said she was an early riser and preferred it over the night before) and then didn’t hear from her. She ended up being 45 min late, making us late for our trip. She said it was because she “had too much wine” the night before even though we had booked this meet in the afternoon and she knew she had to be up. We will not book her again.
Rebecca is helping me with a very difficult dog, a dog most people would not be willing to work with. She is a rare person who is in tune with the dogs needs. Rebecca thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond to make sure she is giving her all to help this dog. I am so lucky to have found her!! I would recommend Rebecca to anyone needing help with their dog.

No breed preference. Need knowledge of prey drive, any triggers that are known, leash experience, human interaction experience, and other dog interactions. I am most familiar with large breed dogs.
A typical day
Depending on location of home and will of owners, I can take the dogs to Fairbanks Dog Park to run and play with others, or I can walk/jog them around the block/down the street a few times (per owners request).

My daily routine is full of fun and and I always find an opportunity to be outside. I am very active, so I am a great fit for walking or jogging with your pet. I understand hydration is important as well as walking in grass to not burn the animals feet.
