Pet care experience
I had my first dog when I was 7 and took care of him for 10 amazing years! I also helped my Grandmother take care of her dog who was a diabetic. I currently have two amazing dogs of my own, a Beagle (2 and 1/2 years old) and a Basset Hound (2 years old) who I love with all my heart. I got them both as puppies so I am very familiar with potty training and accidents in the house. I have a fenced in yard so I can have them outside to play and get out all their energy so they can take a nap when they come inside if they want. I also have two senior cats who are the most loving cats I have ever known. They do not have a mean bone in their bodies. Both of them have dental issues that have been taken care of by our vet. I also was told by the vet each time they were brought in that I was very good at recognizing an issue early as most of their issues were caught as soon as they started. Once I get to know an animal I am good at getting to know their personality and recognizing when something is off or if they are acting different.

Again, Rebecca provided excellent care for our Walter! He could not wait to get in the house and visit with her doggies. He was a very happy, tired boy! We will use Rebecca whenever we need dog care and will certainly recommend her to others.

I have two dogs of my own that are loud (they are hound dogs so they like to howl) but would keep your fur baby company. I also have a fenced in yard that they can run around in. If they spend the night I have a crate if you would like them crate trained, otherwise I have plenty of sleeping options available. I have a spare bedroom off of my room and a pretty spacious living room if they would rather sleep on the couch. I have no rules when it comes to where the babies can and can’t go, if I am aloud on the furniture so are they. The only place we try to avoid is having kitties on the counter or on tables, that is what we have a kitty tree for. I will take care of your babies as if they were my own and try to make them feel as comfortable as possible while you are away.

A typical day
Your baby can run around in my fenced in yard for as long as they can stand it! We can play fetch, tug of war, sun bathe, whatever they would like.

Availability
I currently work full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm but I work from home so I have plenty of time to watch and take care of pets if they are in my home. I get an hour lunch break each day and multiple breaks throughout the day so they will get plenty of attention. After 5pm I am completely free if a pet is spending the night or needs to be checked in their own home. I also do not work weekends so I am free for whatever is needed (walking, check-in, etc.) on those days.
