As a supervisor for a high-volume pet hotel, I have managed and resolved stressful situations by recognizing the signs of distress, aggression, and agitation. I saw animal boarding on a large scale, but I am looking to deliver something more personal. I want your pet to feel like they never left home. I am a quick learner developing skills to work with pets for a lifetime. My daily hands-on contact with pets, including oral and topical administration of medicine, nail grinding, and bathing, has prepared me to get my hands dirty and work closely with pets of all sizes. Throughout all my positions, I have developed strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proficiency for customer service even during busy periods.
