Looking for pets to love!
Pet care experience
I have had animals since I was very small. Dogs, birds, cats, fish, Guinea pigs and hamsters. I currently have 6 cats that i just couldn't find homes for. It was 15. We got them all fixed and placed 9 of them. Now the 6 are so close to us we couldn't imagine life without them. I currently am not working, so I have a lot of time to dedicate to a guest pup. My husband loves to run and play with pups, too. They'll never be bored! We have a small home with a fenced in back yard. My husband will be doing most of the walking. He loves dogs (and wishes he could have one but I'm not ready for a 7th pet.) Our cats hide when dogs come over, and if the dog is mellow they'll come out but ignore them. We have no children.

Rocky's stay with Rebecca and David was great. He really enjoyed his time with their cats and getting to run outside!

Our house is comfortable with several couches for laying on. We have a big fenced in back yard and sometimes we leave the back door open to catch a breeze, which our families dogs love when we're watching them!

We believe it's not the breed, it's the raising of the dog that makes them who they are. All we want to know before hand is what makes them afraid/ aggressive so we can avoid those situations.
A typical day
Dogs that stay with us will get the full auntie and uncle treatment. Walks in the neighborhood, car rides if they like, baked puppy goods if it fits in their diet. A lot of love we have no one to give to!
